Hunter Lehman, CEO

A graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Range and Wildlife Management. After a decade managing recreational hunting ranches, he realized that a cow herd under regenerative grazing management was his most effective tool in managing wildlife habitat. This realization lead him to Grazing Lands, where he applies regenerative principles and practices daily.

Lew Moorman, Chairman & Founder

Lew Moorman is Co-Founder of Soilworks Natural Capital, a public benefit corporation focused on the acceleration of regenerative agriculture as a foundational driver of a healthier and more sustainable food system. On a personal side, Lew owns and lends a helping hand at his ranch, Pure Pastures, located near Canyon Lake, Texas.

Frates Seeligson, Senior Advisor & Founder

A graduate of Duke University, TCU Ranch Management, and SMU Cox School of Business Executive MBA program. A fourth-generation rancher and landowner, he has managed agricultural operations across South Texas for more than two decades, with a specific focus on native habitat management and restoration. Frates also presently serves as Executive Director of the San Antonio River Foundation.

Ed Byrne, Board Member & Founder

Ed Byrne is an entrepreneur & investor originally from Ireland, and moved to San Antonio, TX nearly a decade ago. Co-Founder of Soilworks Natural Capital. He is also a General Partner at Scaleworks, a Venture Equity fund that invests in, acquires, and operates growing SaaS businesses.
